These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Naru (the “Service”) and its users.
These Terms take effect when posted in the Service or otherwise made known to users. We may amend them within the limits of applicable law, and we will give notice of material changes in the app or by email.
The Service provides a shared calendar that shows both people's local times, along with a place to collect things you want to do together. Once you pair, your nickname, city, time zone, sleep hours, Naru character, events, notes, and shared bucket items become visible to your partner. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

You keep the rights to the content you create. We use it only as needed to provide and display the Service — for example, showing it to your paired partner. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Features offered free of charge may be adjusted after prior notice.
Core features are free. Some features require a “Naru Membership.” When you first pair, every feature is unlocked free for 7 days, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. To continue, you choose and purchase one of the following.
The price is the amount shown on the App Store purchase screen at the time of purchase, and payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store account). Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically on the same terms unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal charge is applied within 24 hours of the period ending. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; refunds for periods already paid follow Apple's refund policy. A membership applies to both paired people, and sharing stops if either person unpairs (the subscription itself keeps renewing until you cancel it separately).
You can end this agreement at any time using “Delete Account” in the app. Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. An active subscription keeps renewing independently of account deletion — cancel it yourself in iOS Settings.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, user fault, and third-party infrastructure failures. We recommend keeping your own copy of anything important.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes follow the procedures and jurisdiction set by applicable law.
